1. Scope of Application
Indurating machine process is a mature pellet production process developed from the inspiration of indurating machine process. The whole process (drying, preheating, roasting, cooling) is completed on a single equipment. It has the characteristics of simple process, compact layout, light equipment weight, etc., which creates conditions for the factory to reduce the floor area, reduce the engineering quantity, realize the recycling of baking gas, and reduce heat and power consumption.

Indurating machine is particularly suitable for expanding production scale and realizing large-scale requirements.

3.Product Introduction
Shape of Indurating machine is similar to straight-line sintering machine, but the whole working face is covered by the furnace cover, including the drive system, distribution unit, sealing unit, unloading unit, framework, bellows, pallets, etc. Along the length direction, it is divided into six process sections: blast drying, exhaust drying, preheating, roasting, soaking, and cooling. Each process section is connected to form an organic gas circulation system through pipes, fans, butterfly valves, etc. The temperature is adjustable through fuel consumption or butterfly valve opening.
