1. Scope of Application 
Circular Overpile Stacker/Reclaimer adopts the process of fixed point stacking and zonal layered side scraper reclaiming, which is mainly used for stockpiling ore, coal and other bulk materials in coal, mining, power, metallurgy and other industries that are mainly stored without homogenization requirements.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
Circular Overpile Stacker/Reclaimer is an integrated stacker reclaimer, which can be used for stacking and reclaiming at the same time.
The equipment is arranged indoors, and to increase reserves through surrounding retaining walls.
According to the diameter of the stock yard, the design specifications generally include 65m, 70m, 80m, 90m, 100m, 110m, 120m, 136m, etc.
The stacker part has two structures: non pitching and pitching. The reclaimer part has two structures: boom type and portal type. According to the layout of trestle (feeding belt conveyor), it can be divided into two types: low level loading and high level loading.
3.Product Introduction 
Our company began to produce such kind of stacker and reclaimer in 1998, and began to develop Circular Overpile Stacker/Reclaimer by ourselves in 2002. After several updates, its overall technical level has reached the advanced level of the industry, with independent intellectual property rights, and has won the Science and Technology Progress Award and the Revitalization Award of Liaoning Province, Shenyang City and China Machinery Industry Federation for many times.

The machine control can realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to the unmanned operation of the whole machine.
