Hard Rock Open TBM manly consists of cutter, drive, shield, main frame, saddle, shoe spreader and back support, which applies to the work of rock tunnel boring with good rock stability and less weak surrounding rock. NHI has full independence of the core technology for the main components, such as the design of main bearing have the maximum diameter comparing with the same specification of TBM, the arch installer device with high efficiency and flexibility, unique jamming-propulsion mechanism with centering ball joint, built-in chute type slurry-spraying manipulator and four claw type lip seal. Loading capacity of single track can reach 10bar which enhance the performance and efficiency. This type of product is adaptable to the strata with both high integrality index of rock and uniaxial compressive strength, which isprovided with high efficiency and low cost.
