1.Scope of Application
Disc pelletizer is the equipment for producing green balls in the pelletizing production process. When the disc rotates around the central axis, the pelletized materials roll along the bottom of the disc, and the fine materials are continuously adsorbed on the wet surface of the master ball, so that the master ball continues to grow to the specified size. Its working characteristics: the material moves regularly, the larger pellets and the smaller pellets move along different tracks respectively, and the green pellets with qualified size are discharged according to the size classification.
2.Model and Specification
According to different structures of the equipment, it can be divided into two types of disc pelletizers: external gear meshing type and slewing bearing type. Common specifications and models in the market are φ 6000 disc pelletizer, small specifications and models φ 3500, φ 4500, φ 5500, large specifications and models φ 7000, φ 7500, etc. The production lines with different output can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of disc pelletizers.
