1. Scope of Application 
The portal scraper reclaimer is a non-standard customized equipment with large reclaiming capacity and large span, which can span material pile and scrape ore, raw coal, wood chips and other bulk materials stacked in the stockyard. It is mainly used in linear storage yards of metallurgy, mining, building materials, electric power, chemical industry, cement and other industries that do not require material homogenization.
2.Equipment Process and Structure
A variety of materials can be arranged in one stock yard, which can span the stock pile and adopt the side reclaiming process.
According to the ground belt conveyor layout, the equipment can be divided into two types: inclined type and head up type (tail lifting type).
According to the track layout, the equipment can be divided into two types: half portal type and full portal type.
According to the form of scraper boom, the full portal reclaimer can be divided into single scraper, main and auxiliary scraper and other forms.
The semi portal reclaimer is mostly matched with traveling tripper, and the partition wall is arranged in the middle of stockyard in pairs.
The full portal reclaimer is usually matched with the slewing side boom stacker or traveling tripper.
3. Product Introduction 
Since 2006, our company has started to research and develop portal scraper reclaimer products. After many upgrades, we have developed products with various reclaiming capacities, spans and structures, and have independent intellectual property rights. At the same time, the company has the performance of stacking and reclaiming integrated equipment.

Rail Span: 22~65m.
The control can realize the integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to the unmanned operation of the whole machine.
