1.Scope of Application
The roll cutting slitting shear is used in the medium and heavy plate workshop of the iron and steel company, and is set in the finishing and shearing area of the medium and heavy plate production line. The finished steel plate after straightening, head cutting and edge cutting is cut along the width to meet the requirements of the market for different widths of steel plate.

3.Product Introduction
The slitting shear can be divided into hydraulic slitting shear, disc slitting shear and rolling slitting shear. Hydraulic slitting shears are mostly used for single sheet small batch. Disk slitting shears are mainly used for thin plates. Rolling slitting shears can be used for slitting plates with a thickness of 5~50mm. In 2005 and 2007, our company cooperated with VAI of the United Kingdom and SMS of Germany to produce two rolling cutting slitting shear equipment, which were respectively used in Jiangsu Shagang and Yingkou Minmetals Steel Co., Ltd. Medium and Heavy Plate Plant. Both of them have been put into production for many years, and users have received good feedback. The rolling cutting slitting shear produced by our company has the characteristics of large shear thickness range, smooth cut, no steps, no bending, low energy consumption, long service life and high automation level. For the finished steel plate, the two steel plates after cutting are still finished products. Through many times of cooperation and continuous accumulation in the field of plate cutting, our company has fully mastered the design capability of rolling cutting slitting shear, and has become a manufacturer that can realize the design, production and commissioning of rolling cutting slitting shear.
